In the present, the Kpop girl group Huntr/x – comprising Rumi, Mira, and Zoey – are demon hunters under the guidance of Celine, a previous hunter who raised Rumi.

Rumi  is a half-demon human who is the leader of the K-pop group Huntrix. And she is aslo is the the main protagonist of the story. 

Mira is the choreographer of the group Huntr/x. Before she joined Huntrix, Mira was known as the "black sheep" of her family. She is the Diva of this grounp.

Zoey is the rapper/lyricist of Huntrix. As the maknae of the group; Zoey is seen as playful, goofy and energetic. She's also the emotional glue of the group. 

Saja Boys are demons disguised as a boy band to steal human souls to feed to their master, Gwi-ma They are led by Jinu. The group includes Jinu Saja, Mystery Saja, Abby Saja, Romance Saja, and Baby Saja, each with unique personalities and appearances. 

In their true forms, the Saja Boys all resemble each other, having light purple-blue skin with demonic marks on it, claws and fangs, and bright yellow eyes with black, slit pupils. 

In their human disguises, they all appear as handsome, glamorous, stylish, well-dressed young men each with different clothing, hairdos and accessories.
