Return Policy provides 100% satisfaction for all customers. If you need return or replacement service, please follow the steps as below:

First: Please contact us via e-mail ( within 14 days after receiving the package. For the issue you meet, please show us a few clear photos for checking. Then our customer service will tell if we could provide return/replacement service accordingly.

Second: If the items could be returned, our customer service will inform you the return address and other requirements. The items need to be packed in its original condition within two weeks after delivery. The shipping method could only be the airmail offered by local post office. The return shipping fee needs to be covered by customers which won’t be included in the refund please notice.

Third: After the arrival and condition check of the return items, we will arrange the refund or replacement within 3 working days (weekends and holidays excluded).


Here are the cases that we could provide return or replace service:

  1. Defective, missing or wrong items
  2. Wrong size items which we make the mistake
  3. Items which are totally different from description. (Please notice a little difference of color between photos and actual products couldn’t be avoided)


Here are the conditions which return/replacement is not accepted:

  1. Products that have been used, washed or badly damaged
  2. Products that have its part missing.
  3. Products made in wrong sizes because of customers providing wrong size. In this case, we could provide 20% discount for customers to purchasing a new one.
  4. Products are missing because of customers providing wrong address.
